Art Of Shooting (Advanced Gr. 7-9)

Service Description

Grades 7-9. Tuesdays 6:30-8:00pm. If you want to be a successful player in today's game, you must be able to shoot the ball, regardless of the position you play. This is a deep dive into shooting mechanics and technique with Coach James. Learn to shoot in a variety of different ways. Players will be challenged to shoot faster, more consistently, and to improve on the mental aspect of shooting. 6 x 90 min sessions. Come prepared to work hard and focus. Questions? hello@movecw.ca
