Tuesdays 5:00-6:30pm. This is one of our most popular programs! If you want to be a successful player in today's game, you must be able to shoot the ball, regardless of the position you play. For rep level players using size 6 basketball which includes: - Grade 7/8 boys - Grade 7-12 girls 13 x 90 min sessions. You will get 200+ game speed shot reps up with the Dr. Dish rebounding machine each week. This is a fast paced session and therefore only recommended for rep players. Questions? hello@movecw.ca
