Introducing 3on3 basketball to your littles! 50 minute sessions and only 9 spots per session. The net will be lowered to 8ft. This is for beginner basketball players. The goal is to have fun, learn some gameplay, and to have a positive basketball experience. At Move HQ. 949 Glengarry Crescent, Unit 2, Fergus. About Coach James: James is a basketball shooting coach. His passion lies in helping players unlock their full shooting potential and learning how to develop a positive mindset (on & off the court). He also trains all other aspects of the game (ball handling, finishing, defence) depending on the needs and goals of his players. He has been coaching and training basketball players for over 10 years. James' training philosophy is that training, especially for young players, must be fun. When players learn to love the game, they will be more intrinsically motivated to improve and work hard. James' educational background in motor learning, biomechanics, sport psychology, and coaching, combined with his 1 year of playing for Camosun College, gives him a unique skill set to help players improve faster and with more joy.
