MOVE HQ 

Move HQ features a beautiful 1350 sq ft sports court with a basketball net, as well as a state-of-the-art "micro gym" for strength and fitness.  Move HQ is the first privately owned basketball training facility in all of Wellington County.

We will be offering strength and mobility classes for adults as well as specialized basketball & strength training for youth. 

​

Our offerings will expand and evolve as we find out what works, however, our goal will remain the same. We want to help make CW the happiest and healthiest community in Ontario!
