Move HQ features a beautiful 1350 sq ft sports court with a basketball net, Dr. Dish rebounding machine and a state-of-the-art "micro gym" for strength and fitness. Move HQ is the first privately owned basketball training facility in all of Wellington County.

We offer basketball, volleyball, and soccer training.
