This is one of our most popular programs! If you want to be a successful player in today's game, you must be able to shoot the ball, regardless of the position you play. For rep level players using size 6 basketball which includes: - Grade 7/8 boys - Grade 7-12 girls Grade 6s are recommended to join this session as they will be moving up from size 5 to size 6 in September. Grade 8 boys are recommended to join the size 7 session as they will be moving up a size as well. 8 x 90 min sessions. You will get 200+ shot reps up with the Dr. Dish rebounding machine.
